Online training offered by the ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) not only fortifies attendants’ knowledge, competencies, and skills in the realm of standards, accreditation, certification, and conformity assessment, it enables learning without the need to travel, even for those confined to their homes.
Why ANAB Web-Based Training?
ANAB is the largest accreditation body in North America, and, in providing services globally, the mark of ANAB accreditation upholds an exalted level of accountability and confidence. Personnel are, of course, crucial to these processes, and ANAB training elevates worker motivation, competency, and productivity. Web-based training streamlines this process for anyone worldwide.
For accredited bodies, certification bodies (CBs) seeking accreditation, current and potential auditors, and even those who just want to learn more about the requirements of a standard like ISO/IEC 17025, the benefits of training are plentiful. With so many fields addressed by ANAB’s offering of online courses, there are numerous options for personnel development.
Get Training for Accreditation, Certification, and ISO/IEC 17025 Requirements From Home
Due to widespread travel restrictions and the need for social distancing, ANAB now offers new live web-based training.
Each class is offered via WebEx. Although these courses are accessed remotely, attendants still receive the traditional ANAB training experience. In fact, granting full advantage of ANAB’s expertise and expansive body of knowledge, each course includes the opportunity for participants to submit questions to the instructor.
These live online training courses, just like in-person ANAB training, cover a range of subjects to help meet the needs of anyone in the accreditation process, enriching attendants’ knowledge in subject matter such as internal auditing. These courses can even be useful for attendants who simply want to learn more about the requirements of essential standards like ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO/IEC 17020.
If you’d like to attain an authentic ANAB training experience without the trouble or cost that comes with travel, choose from ANAB New Live Web-Based Training here.
ANAB Web-Based Training: Learn at Your Own Pace
For those who prefer the benefit of learning remotely with the ease of controlling their training schedule, there are various ANAB self-paced online training courses. These sessions, which operate through Mindflash and cover a variety of topics in the laboratory and forensics arenas, allow registrants to select a start date. From this date, there is a set amount of calendar days to complete the training to receive an attendance certificate, which is emailed upon completion.
Self-paced ANAB training, just like in-person or live web-based training, has offerings useful for individuals at all phases of the accreditation process. Some courses, like ISO 15189:2012 Overview, focus on a specific standard and its requirements (in this case, the course outlines the ISO 15189:2012 standard, enriching attendants’ knowledge on using the standard to assess the competence of medical laboratories and the requirements for labs accredited to the standard). Others, like Forensic Measurement Confidence – Measurement Traceability, Assurance and Uncertainty (MC100) help give individuals a robust knowledge in ANAB accreditation concepts.
Other self-paced online training courses heighten attendants’ knowledge on a specific accreditation area in preparation for that accreditation. Since those harnessing the power of training ANAB are professionals in their industry, these courses enrich their knowledge even further.
Notably, there’s the Understanding ISO/IEC 17025:2017 for Cannabis and Hemp Testing Laboratories course. Offering accreditation for cannabis testing laboratories, the Cannabis National Laboratory Accreditation Program, or CanNaLAP, supports a rapidly burgeoning industry. Therefore, sufficient comprehension of the best knowledge and requirements pertinent to testing cannabis and cannabis-derived products (and learning how ISO/IEC 17025 plays a role) can be highly advantageous for those who wish to excel in this industry while assuring compliance and meeting stakeholder expectations.
ANAB Free Online Webcasts and Webinars
Online learning from ANAB is not confined to training, however, as there are several free online webcasts and webinars to choose from. These can also help elevate knowledge for accredited bodies or those seeking accreditation, informing them in areas like Clause 7.7 of ISO/IEC 17025, “Ensuring Validity of Results,” and the top five issues laboratories can face when transitioning to the new edition of ISO/IEC 17025.
All free online webcasts are listed at the bottom of the web-based training page. You can find free ANAB training webinars here.
