The ANAB Blog: timely information about accreditation. The ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ANSI.
The largest multi-disciplinary accreditation body in North America, ANAB accredits management systems certification bodies, product certification bodies, personnel certification bodies, certificate programs, food protection managers, food handler training certificate programs, calibration and testing labs, forensic service providers, inspection bodies, greenhouse gas (GHG) validation and verification bodies, reference material producers, and proficiency test providers.
ANAB offers accreditation to numerous standards, including ISO/IEC 17021-1 (for certification to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, ISO/IEC 27001, and more) ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 15189, ISO/IEC 17065, ISO/IEC 17024, ASTM E2659, ISO/IEC 17043, ISO 17034, ISO 14065, and ISO/IEC 17020.
ANAB also conducts accreditation-related training courses for individuals and organizations, including online self-paced training courses and live, instructor-led web-based courses.
